Common questions
Where is my writing stored?
On this device only. Export Markdown or CSV from Settings if you want a copy elsewhere.
How do I restore a purchase?
Sign in to the store account you paid with, then open Settings → Restore purchases. You do not need an app login. The Supporter unlock is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel.
Reminders are not firing.
Allow notifications for Men’s Success Journal in system Settings.
I want my data deleted.
Settings → Delete all journal data. That removes writing, backups stored in the app, goals, and the lock from this phone, and it cannot be undone. Export first if you want a copy. A store purchase stays on the store account.
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle refunds. For Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google’s refund page.
