Write to support@scrollingisevil.com. Include your phone or iPad model, the app version, and which spread you were on. There is no account and no ticket system.
Getting a page out
Open the page and tap the share icon in the top bar, then pick Share image or Share PDF. Each share covers one page.
Photos and stickers
Add them from your photo library or from Files. The app keeps its own copy, so deleting the original from Photos does not remove it from the page.
New phone
Page & Hour has no cloud sync and no whole-journal export. The journal lives on this device.
On iPhone and iPad, an iCloud or computer backup includes the journal when that backup is turned on and has room.
On Android, the device backup may include the journal, but Android skips an app whose data passes 25 MB, and photos can reach that. Do not count on it to move your journal.
Before you change phones, share the pages you want to keep as PDFs.
